Recruiting IQ is founded by former college coach Wayne Fortino. Wayne specializes in providing expert guidance to help you find the right college fit, both athletically and academically. Recruiting IQ is run primarily by Wayne and other former College Soccer athletes specialize in all things needed to provide athletes with the best advice, resources and exposure to get to where they need to be.

Wayne Fortino has over 25 years experience working as a professional soccer coach on Long Island. Wayne has spent time as a Division One College Assistant Coach, he has worked in the US Youth Soccer Olympic Development Program for over 10 years, he has also coached and assisted numerous Club Soccer Programs on Long Island. Throughout that time Wayne has advised hundreds of players and their parents on the college recruiting process, helping them reach their soccer and academic goals. Currently, Wayne is co-owner of Long Island based Quest Sports Travel, the countries leading provider of International Soccer Tours for NCAA Women's Collegiate Soccer Programs. Wayne's daily interaction with college coaches, allows him to unitize those relationships to gain unique and valuable insight which in turn benefits those families and clients working with him at Recruiting IQ.
